Change of mind/incorrect size
You may request a refund prior to shipment or within 14 days of receiving your order. After 14 days and up to 45 days you may exchange your order for an item of equal value. Exchanges will not be accepted beyond 45 days.
If a refund is required it will be processed within seven days of receiving your return shipment and will be sent back to the original account which was used to complete the purchase.
If you would like to exchange or return an item please contact us (email@example.com) as soon as possible so as we can action your request.
When sending an email please include your order number as well as the name of the person who purchased the item.
All items that require exchange/return must be unworn (trying clothes on is not considered worn) and unwashed with original tags attached.
When shipping goods back it is recommended that you use regular post inclusive of tracking which can be sent through to us so we can track your shipment should there be any issues. There is no need to use courier or express shipping as both are costly and unnecessary. Goods can be sent back using a satchel (you may reuse the one we’ve sent to you). As our products are not fragile there is no need to ship using a box nor is there any need for padding or bubble wrap.
All sales on custom items are final. As items have been customized we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
All items include a 120 day quality guarantee whereby if the goods fail within the first month they will be replaced at no additional cost. Faulty items must be a result of manufacturing and not excessive wear and tear or incorrect usage.
If your item is damaged on delivery or fails within 120 days please contact us. Damaged items do not always need to be sent back and in most cases a photo will suffice.
To avoid delays please provide a photo showing the issue you are experiencing. Photos should be clear and should allow easy identification of the item.
Damaged/Faulty items will be replaced for the exact same item that has failed i.e. same style and size. We will not provide alternatives and if the item is no longer available we will simply refund the purchase but only if the item is no longer available.
Purchases from Raven stockists
If you have purchased goods from a Raven stockist please contact them first as we have no record of your purchase. We are unable to refund orders purchased from 3rd party stockists but may provide an exchange should the stockist be unable/unwilling to do so.
Gift Certificates/Gift Cards
Once your transaction is complete our Gift Certificates are automatically emailed to your nominated email address in pdf format. You may print these out or email them to the intended recipient.
